Case Study Cross Media Kampagne of the fictional Travel Agency MyTraffiCTours

 





   1. First every customer receives a post card with the information that the NEW catalogues for the destinations mediterranean sea, alpes und cruises have arrived. The customer can order one or more of them at the nearest travel agency or on the internet via www.mytraffictours.de/saison2009/customer_name. To get the customers attention there will added a fitting image and a slogan on holidays. On the website there is an additional questionaire to complete the customer data (contact, last holiday destination, preferred destination).

 

2. If the customer does not react for 2 weeks he will get an email about the new catalogues. The customer will be attracted by a 50 Euro voucher.

 

3. After another 2 weeks the catalogues will be send to the interested people.

 

4. If there is no contact/no booking done by the customer there will a SMS send with a 50 EURO OFF voucher for a holiday to the last holiday destination or to the preffered destination mentioned on the customers personal website.
